What is UI/UX design, and why does it matter for users in Syria?
UX design decides how a product works: what the user needs to do, in what order and in as few steps as possible. UI design decides how it looks: layout, typography, colour and components. Yes. Both layouts are designed together, so the Arabic version is not simply a mirrored copy of the English one.

Yes. We hand over design files, components and specs, and stay available to answer questions during development.

Yes, with clickable prototypes and a small group of real users before development, which costs far less than fixing a finished product.
