Odoo exposes an external API (XML-RPC/JSON-RPC) and supports webhooks and connectors, so websites, WhatsApp Business Platform providers, Shopify and other stores, payment gateways and marketing tools can exchange data with it. The right method depends on volume, direction of data and whether a maintained connector already exists.
