ONE DIGITAL

E-invoicing is not a PDF sent by email. It is structured invoice data your systems must produce correctly every time.

UAE e-invoicing readiness with Odoo

The UAE is moving to mandatory electronic invoicing in phases. ONE DIGITAL helps businesses get ready: reviewing invoice data quality, setting up Odoo accounting so every invoice carries the required structured information, and preparing integration with the accredited service provider you appoint.

What is UAE e-invoicing?

UAE e-invoicing is the Ministry of Finance’s programme to replace paper and PDF invoices with structured electronic invoices exchanged through accredited service providers and reported for tax purposes. It is being introduced in phases, with obligations depending on business type and size. Always confirm the current scope and deadlines on the Ministry of Finance and Federal Tax Authority websites before planning.

What changes for your business

Invoices become data
Each invoice must contain complete, structured fields, so missing customer details or inconsistent product data become compliance problems.
A service provider in the loop
Invoices are exchanged through an accredited service provider, so your accounting system has to integrate with one.
Processes, not just software
Credit notes, returns, discounts and approvals need consistent workflows so the data is right the first time.
