ENT ads work when they answer the symptom in the search, not when they praise the clinic.

Google Ads and Meta Ads for ENT clinics in Dubai

Most ENT demand in Dubai shows up on Google as specific, urgent searches. Meta is useful for slower decisions such as snoring and hearing checks. This guide covers what to run, what to avoid and how to measure real bookings.

Should an ENT clinic in Dubai use Google Ads or Meta Ads?

Start with Google Search ads, because ENT patients search with clear intent: ear wax removal, sinus specialist, hearing test, children’s ENT. Add Meta Ads later for awareness-led services such as snoring, hearing checks for older relatives and allergy-season content. Both need dedicated landing pages and call and WhatsApp tracking to be worth the spend.

Split campaigns by area and urgency
Nose and sinus, ears and hearing, throat and voice, children’s ENT and snoring each get their own campaign or ad group, budget and landing page. Mixing them hides which service actually brings patients.
Bid on procedures and tests, not only the specialty
“Ear wax removal Dubai”, “nasal endoscopy”, “hearing test” and “septoplasty” carry clearer intent than “ENT doctor”. Keep the generic terms, but don’t let them take the whole budget.
Use call and location assets
Many ENT searches happen on mobile when something hurts. Call assets, location assets linked to the Google Business Profile and opening hours in the ad help people act immediately.
Mention insurance where true
If you accept major insurance plans, say so in the ad text and on the landing page. It filters out mismatched clicks and reassures the patient before they call.
Negative keywords from day one
Exclude home remedies, “how to remove ear wax at home”, jobs, courses, product purchases and cosmetic searches for procedures you don’t offer.

Restrictions and sensitivities to respect

Health targeting limits
Google restricts personalised advertising based on health conditions, and Meta limits targeting by health topics. Build reach from location and broad demographics, and let search intent do the qualifying.
Cosmetic overlap
Rhinoplasty is a cosmetic procedure even when combined with septoplasty. Keep claims factual, avoid before-and-after promises, and follow Google and Meta policies for cosmetic procedures as well as current DHA guidelines.
No urgent-care confusion
Don’t imply emergency treatment unless the clinic provides it. Pages should direct sudden hearing loss, heavy bleeding or breathing difficulty to emergency care.
Hearing aids and devices
Device claims need care. Describe the testing and fitting service rather than promising how well someone will hear, and check platform policies before promoting specific brands or offers.
DHA rules on wording
Healthcare advertising in Dubai is regulated by DHA; check the current guidelines on ad content, doctor titles and offers before publishing.

Landing pages and tracking

One page per campaign
A sinus ad lands on the sinus page, a children’s ENT ad on the paediatric page. The headline repeats the search problem and shows the doctor who treats it.
Booking without friction
Click-to-call, WhatsApp and a short form near the top, with insurance logos and opening hours close by. Parents and people in pain won’t scroll to find a number.
Track calls, WhatsApp and forms
Set up GA4 events through Google Tag Manager for each contact method and import them into Google Ads as conversions, so bidding learns from real enquiries.
Close the loop with reception
Ask the front desk to record the source and service for each booking. Matching those bookings to campaigns shows which services deserve more budget.

    Pick 3–4 priority services

Choose services with capacity, the right doctor and insurance fit. Write down the target patient for each one.

  2. 02

Build or fix the landing pages

One bilingual page per service with the doctor, what to expect, insurance and booking options.

  3. 03

    Set up tracking

Install GA4 and Google Tag Manager, create events for calls, WhatsApp and forms, and import them into Google Ads.

  4. 04

    Check policies and DHA guidelines

Review ad text against Google, Meta and current DHA guidelines, especially for rhinoplasty and hearing devices.

  5. 05

Frequently asked questions

What budget does an ENT clinic need for Google Ads?

It depends on how many services you promote, your area and the competition. A focused start on 3–4 services, measured on calls and bookings for a few weeks, works better than spreading money thinly; then scale what works.

Can we run remarketing ads for ENT patients?

Be careful. Google restricts personalised advertising based on health conditions, and remarketing lists built from visits to specific condition pages can conflict with that. Check Google’s current policies before building them.

Are Meta Ads useful for ENT at all?

Yes, for services people postpone: snoring, hearing checks and long-running sinus or allergy problems. Short videos where the doctor explains when to get checked suit Meta better than hard offers.

Should ads mention prices?

Only if prices are fixed, accurate and allowed under current DHA guidelines. For insurance-led ENT services, showing accepted insurers is often more useful than a price.

How do we promote children’s ENT services?

Use a dedicated campaign and landing page aimed at parents, with calm wording, the paediatric ENT doctor’s profile and easy same-day booking. Don’t target children; your audience is the parents.

How do we know which ads bring patients?

Track calls, WhatsApp and forms as conversions, and ask reception to log the source of each booking. Then compare confirmed appointments by campaign and service every month.
