Your customer no longer searches. They ask, and the machine answers.

Book: Why Does ChatGPT Recommend Your Competitor… and Ignore You?

A practical guide, written in Arabic, to building your name and brand into AI answers. It explains why only a few names appear when a customer asks ChatGPT or Gemini for the best option in their city, and what you can do to raise your chance of being one of them, with a field-tested plan.

What is the book «لماذا يرشّح ChatGPT منافسك… ويتجاهلك؟» about?

It answers a question many business owners ask: why does ChatGPT suggest my competitor and not us? Its answer: the machine doesn’t pick the “best”, it picks the clearest, the most consistent, and the most mentioned in sources it trusts. It turns that into work: five pillars (entity, content, technical, authority and measurement), ready code, a 40-point checklist, 20 test prompts and a 30-day plan.

Why we published it

Nour Aldein Tleti has worked in tech, digital transformation, software and SEO since 2021, and knows how to get a site onto Google’s first page. In AI answers there is no first page: there is one answer with two or three names, and everyone else is absent.

Working with clinics and centers in Dubai and Sharjah, one pattern kept repeating, so we wrote it down: the machine doesn’t choose the “best”. It chooses the clearest, the most consistent, and the most mentioned in sources it trusts.

We made it free for two reasons. Practical Arabic material on this subject is still scarce, and the book is our own method written out: read it, apply it yourself, or use it to judge whoever you hire to apply it.

What’s inside

How an answer is built
The four stages between a customer’s question and the answer (understanding, retrieval, evaluation, citation) and where your name gets dropped at each.
The five pillars
Entity, content, technical, authority and measurement: the question the machine asks for each, where to work on it, and how long it takes.
Ready-to-use code
Schema markup for a clinic or business, a robots.txt for the right crawlers, and a GA4 expression to measure AI assistant traffic.
A 30-day plan
Day by day over four weeks (audit, foundations, content, authority and measurement), then a monthly rhythm.
Printable tools
A 40-point checklist, 20 test prompts in Arabic and English, and ten common mistakes.
Field stories
Real stories from UAE clinics and medical centers (names hidden) and ONE DIGITAL’s own Search Console numbers.

What the book does not promise

No one can guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend you. What you can do is make yourself clearer, more accurate and more consistent, which raises your chance. The book says so plainly, and always separates the author’s own field experience, illustrative examples, and facts from published sources.

Frequently asked questions

Is the book free?

Yes. It downloads directly as a PDF, with no sign-up or email.

Is there an English edition?

Not yet. The book is in Arabic; its test-prompt library includes English prompts, because customers in the UAE ask in both languages.

Do I need a technical background?

No. It is written for business owners. Technical steps are marked “for the developer” so you can hand them over.

Does it guarantee I’ll appear in ChatGPT?

No. It raises your chance and shows you how to measure progress monthly.
